We are one family on the planet earth.

Softly, I break, shatter--
wear my soul on my sleeve--
stare . . . at blood on my hands
swimming in tears.
We're family . . . see.
Each death diminishes;
no birth replenishes
the pain and misery
of those behind.
We're mankind . . . pity.
My life's candle quivers
when each soul passes by . . .
something leaves me. I cry
Ev'ryone's part of me--
some I hold in my heart
until they are with me.
Life is a gift
dear family.
Cherish ev'rybody--
some live internally
others . . . infinity.
How about you?
How do you share
love for one another . . .
each sister or brother?
Please . . . don't suppress it.
Surely you may
share love with me.
On your shoulder I'll cry--
feel my tears on your sleeve--
too many are dying . . .
our family.
Will you hold me;
tenderly catch my tears?
Numerous deaths deplete
me. I need love to thrive,
to cradle souls
going back home.
You have my love,
please love me too . . .
help me watch o'er
our family.
