He’s waiting for the chemically beautiful girls.
The kind only after hours provide.
Appealing only by a certain light.
With fake hair and a natural color is replaced by something in a numbered bottle.

Our Hero, trapped inside a young man’s body with a boyishly handsome face.
To him, it’s just a vanity scar.
Alongside the piled clothes and on top wrinkled sheets.
Hiding pain just one night with a nameless face can fix.

Where is your true love, stranger?
Between legs that go for miles?

Is it worth it?
A short time for false bliss,
Only to wake up alone and wonder why?

Get out while you can.

Is it worth it?
A short time for false bliss
Only to wake up alone..
and wonder ... why?

Sometimes false bliss is all someone can handle.
Very sad.. but I think a part of life and growing. Even if we don't know we are doing this.. falling into this false bliss.
Great write..
