Some people don't care what they say,
you're just a small part of their day,
and you might cry, but it's okay,
they don't see where you lost your way.

Some people say they love you true ,
and you think that they're lying too,
and then you find they really do,
they really mean that they love you.

Some people care, but they don't show,
and in the end, you never know,
but broken hearts are how we grow,
we have no choice, but to let go.

Some girl I know, her time she bides,
and waits until you close your eyes,
and softly sits alone and cries,
and no-one sees her self-despise.

Wonderful poem! Sad, but true, I wish we could all just say what we really mean and let each other know what we feel inside. ~Kerry

Very touching poem and very thoughtful.
I've never worried overly much about 'some' people. I was too busy doing my thing and not waiting for anyone to help me. [smiles]
