An honest discription of a most lovely
lady.

Oh! She has all the beauty of the
Rose
Standing in a garden in the
sunlight,
And all the calm of orchids
In repose
When all the stars bedeck the velvet
Night.
And every step she takes is perfect
Grace,
Like gladdened wings upon the silken
Air.
Ay, and how delicate her lovely
Face
Whose light is like the sun that poppies
Wear.
She's Venus and Helen upon the earth,
And to my heart a thing of golden mist
Which sings in me like song and sacred mirth.
Thus, my soul longs to bring her to a tryst!
She is all joy and honey soft and sweet:
And tis but joy to worship at her feet.

....And THIS is how it should be! Sensuality is so prevalent in all of this and I like the reference to poppies. Such a naturally beautiful flower. Teresa
