I will never be what I was,
never love,
because of what we had.
And you can't take that back ;
not with your words,
not with how you hurt me.
Because for one moment,
one breath,
you let me have you.
And I will never forget.

Jason,
truths ring out here in your verses what we give in the soul never can be taken away from us in the heart. Even in the bitterness of the depart is a part of the time and memories that continue to live on even after their reign.
THis was so beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!
