I am dead for love of country I no longer feel the pain Stretch out to all the others that fell in freedom's name Said Hello to Patrick Henry shook hands with Dr. King Broke bread with all my brothers who paid for freedom's ring Lives throughout the ages the sum of human kind Fill tomes of many pages but seldom you will find Men who fought for freedom on someone elses shore Overthrow a king's unreason without the taste for war In oath we lose our brothers And many more will die For our love of country Is our freedom's battle cry Author M.C Copyright Ed Schmmidt 2003
