~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
She is a stranger to all
Walking alone
In the shadow of death
An angel without wings..
Wondering ...
Does God care?
Does he feel her
sadness
loneliness
anger
despair
Does it even matter..
He has deserted
her again.
She is the dirt
of this earth..
As he intended
her to be..
Born into this
shadow of death...
Born into pain
Born to suffer alone
Abandoned by God..
Abandoned by all..
Misplaced..
Disgraced..
Not meant to be..
So she walks with the
shadow of death..
Hand and hand
Because she knows..
He does not hear
Does not see..
She is but one small
speck of nothingness..
Not worthy
of compassion..
Just one of many
fallen angels..
Screaming
Prayers and pleas..
Her body and spirit
so tired..
Her voice
Now gone..
No longer
does she pray
She has finally
realized
she was a
mistake..
Never to belong
in this world..
Just a girl..
Not worthy of...
Love
Family
A kind look
A soft touch..
She pretends
she is an angel..
Flying in the skies..
Knowing in her heart
God does not want her..
For she is nothing more
than an angel
in disguise.
A powerful piece of writing! An angel without wings is sad indeed. And it is no mistake that you are here. The light of your candle illuminates our hearts with love. I believe that God does care for you and holds you even now. Wishing you peace. ~Joseph
this hurts... so felt, (((erica)))... and Oh, God...yes, written passionately, beautifully, so much so that I want to something...and all I can do is think, no, she is not alone, this angel, I know, but...knowing the works and words you write, well, to me, there is an angel whose only disguise is that she is REAL AND HUMAN...I know, because I've been moved by the words of this angel...so...just don't know, but so gifted, you write with raw energy, emotion, truth and beauty...always, been awhile, but always, always so whole self given in words, to me, anyway, and just ...well, yes, Hugs, many,
Ah, but God DOES care! More than we mortal humans will ever perceive!
This is an excellent write on despair. But none are hopeless who hope in Jesus!
This is gutwrenching Erica and if it reflects your mood then it's best out on paper ...let the pen be your friend and others share your sadness.
Erica, she is all those things. She is a fallen angel and a heart breaker. She broke
my heart once up on a time. Bill
