He's watching me
I know he's there
I feel him
He's near
I walk faster
He follows
Slithering behind me
As a snake
After its prey
Ready to attack
My fear intoxicating as
I smell his hunger
Suffocating me
Feel his breath
On the back of my neck
I inhale his venomous odor
As in one swift movement
He strikes

Probably the way a lot of women feel about walking alone at night or secluded places. It angers me that these men insist on making them feel that way.
