Don't Worry Be Happy

(Happiness gives you a litte song to sing)

Life in the present could be pleasant,
or a dull dam trip into the dark abyss.

An American helicopter pilot on interview stated that the war had changed him. Flying into potential death itself, not knowing whether he was going to end up dead or near death danger. He stated he wasn't going to take anything else in life for granted anymore after he returned home.

What is it about the above that hits home.

Why is it that a person needs to almost face death before realizing how good he might have it in his own kingdom.

As the above pilot talked I could see that something had scared the hell out of him.

He knew with all those bullets flying his chances of survival were real slim.

All of us sat back and act like we got forever to make up our minds if we want to get a little happiness out of life.

There are two choices with the worst being unhappiness and strife.

Don't worry, be happy.
Or like your mean old pappy,
who's all crappy

Don't worry be happy
Or like your mean old mammie,
who's all unhappy

Appreciate
Initiate

A smile
Keep it awhile

It's easy to be mean and sad
Don't worry be happy and glad

If you can
It helps increase the life span
