Rain Down on Motivation

Forgotten by the media--
subsequently, too, from the public view--
Afghanistan, that war torn country
of the year past.
Still trying to recover and fight the militias.
Our troops still in there too,
being shot at by rag-tag infantry,
of the old regime.
Our government, to our chagrin,
not living up to its promises to
Afghanistan, that war torn country,
of helping the government adjust.
Forgotten by the media,
they are not forcing the issue as they usually do
for our government not to defy
its pledged support.

|We are still there, and had word from a friend of mine that things are really starting to get on track, he said that the people are going to work rebuilding, and the children or back in schools and they are building more schools because they are so over crowded. Now if someone starts talking about the Taliban the people around him hit him with a stick. Turnaround is fair play,|

|To be frank enough, I hate your war-thirsty government. I feel it as a Monster which is a blood monger. Morals and Ethics are the words which are not in their dictionary.|
