Mighty are the clouds
that are rolling thunder.
Middle of the night
while sleeping dogs dream.
Crystal clear is the vision
of ole hoot owl in a tree.

Ai yo yah, Uh huh, Yo ai Yea

Silvery tongues speakin
words of wisdom.
Mighty are the clouds
rollin in thunder.
Blue like a sapphire
is the sky above.
Tiny diamonds sparkling
i'm seeing shooting stars.

Ai yo, Ai yo, Yo yah Yea

Yellow moon slivers
hit the still quiet stream.
Dew drops are falling
kissing the green
tree leaves.
Engulfing us in sound
is the rolling thunder.

Oh say ai yo ai yo yea

In awe are our minds
as the clouds ski
silently by.
Thunder is resting
in his bed
he's finished for tonight.
