Daddy's last word were: "I'll never be far away. Look heavenward for a soaring bird . . . that will be me watching over you."

Regal am I
to soar through the sky
All things below
flash as I fly by
Fly me, an eagle
on strengthened wings soar
Love ones before me
stand at heavenís door
my eyes see keenly
things they saw before
The days and nights
hover most lonely
Angels, my guides
my one and only
Fly me, an eagle
hear my cawing cry
Paradise lost
dwells way up on high
My wrenched soul
Is ready to die
Regal is He
to create the sky
Fly me, an eagle . . .
mortality is neigh
