God Has Preferences Too
by
Bill Cottringer
God likes Little babies splashing in bathtubs,
Spring flowers showing off their colors,
Sunsets at beaches,
And snow-topped mountains.
God dislikes angry and unhappy people,
Parents who yell at their children,
Litter along the highway,
And wasted food.
God likes people having fun,
Smiling, laughing and playing;
Bonfires, baseball games
And picnics.
God dislikes fussing and fighting,
People mistreating one another,
Cheating, stealing, lying
And loneliness.
Good likes to love and comfort;
God dislikes hate and hurt.
God wants to be known;
God doesn’t want to be ignored
God has preferences too.

| Looks as if what I like and what GOD likes are pretty much the same - and that's GOOD, isn't it??? Gave me a nice, warm, loving feeling reading it. Very enjoyable! |
