Boo Hoo, No sketch this time.
My wife and I have had a few problems of late.
Something silly caused something serious to happen. We can work it out if we try.

Take all that I have
give me all that you had

Go again and hide in your selfish world
for myself; I will give until I have no more

When your luck runs out again
you can always find help from me

Back on your feet again, but
little by little, back to your selfish ways

How can you not understand?
greed and you are not your friend

All the things you hold dear
Will not survive the trip to heaven, nor
extinguish those flames in hell

Someday I hope for you
to leave yourself and give to others.

Use me again forever and always
you’ve never lost that path to my door.

Ron Axelson

A well done piece that is filled with emotion, both on bitter and sadness. Hope all works out. I love the hands wringing out the money! Well done!

awwww, (((Ron))) so sorry to hear this. The poem is sad and (for lack of a better word)"doormat-ish" but that's what love will do.

I loved the image here though. Your sketches are something else. If we did not have ups and downs just think how boring and uneventful our lives would be. Everything happens for a reason....Prayers for you 2...Tersa

Good luck, Ron. Most people discard relationships too easily when the going gets rough. It's good to see you working things out. Bravo. Cute poem. Keep smiling.
