OH MY GOODNESS! One word Katy...
O U C H!
This is poetic justice for this subject. You have skipped stones in water... AND you went in and pulled the same ones out again and said "Here they are".............. Woah! This metaphor is awesone! I enjoyed as I always do.
Thanks,
Teresa |

| Katy, this piece confirms your status in my opinion as a poet who is able to enliven a theme by the use of strategies such as brevity, fresh origional creation of apt, telling images (style) and an appropriate tone of (in this case) reproof. All these feaures compel the reader to relate to the theme by either personal experience now recollected or vicariously. *Cool, cucumber eyes....* -what a great opening! |

| M'darlin Katydid. You have a knack for writing poetry with a crunch. I especially love the line "seedless shade of green." Each word you put down is like biting into juicy pulp exploding with freshness in my mouth. |

Katy,
I love how you are moving in your pen, always ne movement an direction .....hence displaing the mind that rests not! Good thing I should think. Yet................I would have rather preffered to wonder who it was about however, verses knowing....??? Why uncover the mystic? By telling? Better, to let all your male asdmirers think its them yes??? I smile in retreat saying well done!~Oh by the way, Have I stated recently what a grand heart you tote lass?
Your friend,
Rodney
Cool, cucumber eyes,
You stare them well.
Quite empty, they are.
No surprises,
No depth,
No traveling through them
To very far.
You see past me with, |
