I am not a Poet.

I am a lover of words.
A dictator of ridiculousness.
An imposter of fictionalized natural awareness.
And, so, I weep, for what I could have dreamed.
Human, I mourn my efforts,
with less time to find
an antidote to being.

I am a poet.

Good stuff!

OK, now, Eric, go to Robin Ouzman Hislop's AUTHORSDEN, and read HIS,

"God is not a poet"

- which this poem inevitably reminds me of!

Bye for now,

Ah, Erin.. Sometimes it takes someone elses eyes, someone elses head to see our brilliance.. soooooooo, allow me, madam! I'm thinking you and I have been dining at the same "wallowing" trough lately.. but it certainly agrees with you, this diet of "the blues".. In your hands, words work wonders. But you are NOT a victim of mood.. I do believe you could make the dictionary take on new meaning. This is damned good! katy.
