The supreme tragedy in life
Is not the massacre of our hopes
Nor the demolition of our dreams
But it is to love and not be loved
By the person we love, much more
Than anything in this freezing Earth
Ceaselessly like the warmth of the Sun

Sometimes in life we can be loved too much, by the ones we love, in the same way that we might have too much rain.
