After the big 8 on

the "Build Line"

muscles ache with purple pain

arms and legs are rubber decoys

Don't wanna see another

transmission

I take the zombie route straight

home

She greets me at our door

Her kiss burns white hot

Mine, a limp ember

At bedtime, when "Rest and

Relxation" meet "Teddy and Lace"

she lovingly leads me to love's

fountain

warm wet parted flesh

I dive in and drink

like a thirsty bird
