Silent for so long, I could not say,
What my soul convinced me, needed to be said.
This would make it easy, for others to see,
Just what it is like to live inside my head.
There is no what you would call gray.
It has always been black or white with me.
Don't beat around the bush and be dishonest,
Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Schedules and strict discipline is my life,
Chaos and disorganization doesn't belong here.
A place for everything and everything in its' place.
People see a loner, too organized and analytical.
I am so relieved there is a name for what I am.
I want others who are like me to know,
It's called Asperger's Syndrome...And now I speak!
