Angelic little cherub cheeks
Rosey and perfect in complexion
Little do we realize what lurks beneath
This sweet, innocent little smile
Candy coated evil in all its glory
As we dote over such a beautiful child
When in reality we nurture what hides inside

For within us all is this little cherub
Even though we are no longer children
This little angelic creature is definately not from heaven
But from the hell we have inside ourselves
As the inner child throws its tantrums
While we smile on the outside, keeping it chained within

Like feeding cute little ducklings as they sweetly swim without a thought for the slimy things at the bottom who would devour the little morsels if they could go that near the sun.
