as i age
i find myself thinking
about the past
about today
about tomorrow
as i age
i find myself wondering
what i could have done
what i can do
and what will i do
as i age
i find myself reminiscing
on memories i've had
today's adventures
and tomorrow's dreams
as i age
i find myself reflecting
on yesterday's mistakes
today's corrections
and tomorrow's lessons
as i age
i find that i am grateful
for what i've had up til now
and shall enjoy today
and hope i have tomorrow
i shall be 44 on thursday, june 26...
along with my twin sister, karen lynn
vidra...we were born three months pre-
mature, and were not expected to live.
by the Grace of God, we're still here,
and i find that "as i age," i'm very
grateful...thanks be to God. :)

Happy Birthday Karla, and Karen too. Life, for all its pain and disappointments is incomparable to any possible form of existence. But don't you think 44 is too young for such a title?
I share your happiness for life and gratitude for God.
