Isn't nature the most natural stress buster? Let's see....

Whenever one is upset,
There is nothing more soothing then a crimson sunset.
Whenever problems and tensions continuously arise,
No better way to start the day than witnessing the sunrise.

Whenever things get messy,
One is better of pondering at the sea.
Whenever things seem out of control and reach,
One can introspect wisely during a walk on the beach

Nothing better can get hold on many a blue
Then walking on the green grass in the morning dew.
Nothing can get rid of black moods
Than a brisk walk among bushy woods.

When things go worse and tension hovers,
Time to be among the trees and flowers.
So relieving is the flight of birds,
No parallel comforting effort can be provided by words.

If things beyond control surfaces the urge to die,
One can spend time gazing at clouds on a clear sky.
When hypertension prohibits and bars,
Time to spend the night with twinkling stars.

In addition to the stars, if there is a full moon,
All the tension and stress shall get mitigated very soon.
An additional bonus would be all this seen in a reflection
That would be enough to wipe out the most somber complexion.

The time and money one spends on artificial, entertainment thrills
Can easily be got rid off by being among the hills.
So refreshing can be a lengthy trek,
That nobody can deny the worth of a hilly break

When the mind becomes numb and other parts freeze,
Nothing rejuvenates better than clean hillesque breeze
For relief, so wonderful are the mountains
That to explain one does not know to use which sentence.

In conclusion, it can be said that if and when the situation turns grim,
Nature in your life should be on the brim.
In your life when the blues begin to get you and you lose your luster
Remember nature; the foremost stress buster.

Nature is all powerful; nature alone can soothe
When things are no longer smoothe.
I hope I have been able to convince you about nature
To its efficacy as a stress buster , you will append your signature.

Hiren, what truth. Nothing centers me, restores my balance and perspective, as a walk in the woods, or even just a long gaze upward at the sky...
