Deal the oatmeal,
forget the sausage meal.
Bob Hope did the deal,
He ate the oatmeal.
100 years old,
the oatmeal may have helped him keep hold.
Bob only ate oatmeal or cream of wheat for breakfast,
then he added a few fruits to his feast.
I found out about Bob after I changed my diet,
now I don't have to worry about the Burger King riot.
I changed my diet,
before my diet changed me.
I've lost five pounds,
and my blood pressure fail a few rounds.
I miss all of the junk and whatever,
but I feel better stepping back from the grime reapers clever.
My blood pressure was so high up,
I was about to pop,
but now I have more control over the drop.
Bob stated, "it will hurt me if I'm negative!"
He lived 100 years because his attitude and diet were consecutive.
And to me this is attractive.
I'm in this game of life for as long as comfortably possible,
so beating Bob's record my not be impossible.
Get back little piggy treats,
you maybe some of my favorite meats,
but as of yesterday I've changed my eats.
I no longer live to eat,
but now I eat to live!
(For a whole week and a half I've been eating to live. I miss all of my regular treats, especially the little piggy meats, but I like the results.)
and your pig will still be on your lot,
and not in my pot.
