If you have recently visited Peggy J. Bertrand's page here in the den and have read her news section, you know that her daughter Trisha really needs the prayers of anyone and everyone who believes that prayer heals. I wrote this poem for Trisha and am including her and her family in MY prayers every night until they see the light at the end of the tunnel. Please, if you could do the same, I know that God, will hear our prayers and will deliver a miracle! Thanks.

A Prayer for Trisha

Heavenly Father, up above,
I ask you now with hope and love,
to lay your hands on this beautiful young girl,
to heal her from the pains of this world.

Let your healing spirit fill her body, her womb,
give her strength and patience, a shining light in the gloom.
Touch the small child that grows within,
make both mother and baby whole again.

I know we shouldn’t question why,
But I’m finding it difficult at this time,
to understand such suffering and pain,
the reason behind it, and who’s to blame?

However, I know that no blame can be cast,
At this point all I can do is ask,
That you send a miracle and send it fast,
that you put Trisha’s suffering in the past.

Give her mother, her children, and the man you’ve put her with,
the strength to hang on with the tightest of grips.
Until the miracle they need finally arrives,
and blesses each one of their precious lives.

Now, we’ll wait in silence and patience and prayer,
with undying faithfulness, and boundless love everywhere,
for you to give Trisha and the tiny life you’ve created,
a chance to live, to be celebrated!

Thank you, Lord, for the miracle that will soon be upon this family!

I am in tears this beautiful prayer sent
ripples of awesome power through me and I am going to show it to Trisha..... She has gained so much strength through all the prayers of all the Den family..... She is stronger for she knows faith walks in numbers
and I am at more peace also being surrounded by friends as loving as you Jessica and the rest of the Den.... Thank you so much...
I would of seen this sooner was out walking with Trisha.... She loves the outdoors and walking and being still to take in Gods glory and creation she has a sweet disposition and spirit so gentle.

Thank you again.

Hugs and love
Be blessed as well as all of you here
at the Den..
