Photograph taken by Theresa F. Jodray

She swayed a bit walking towards the edge
But as her head came down she prayed
Then in trembling breath she climbed on
The Angels cried as her head came down

The sadness in her soul hurt the guides
Then her head came down as she stepped
To the rocks point and the waters fall
So silently her head came down in thought

The mountain showed its ache but a view
The water in the falls made her head come down
Just for the moment remembrances of life viewed
Then her head came down as she finally flew

Below the earth looked blurred to the broken girl
The wind whistled, then her head came down
Last look at the world she screamed out loud
Dirt and rock broke now torn cream skin

Then her head one last time came down
