Closing The Door…
Walking away,
Closing the door,
Not feeling
Anything anymore…
Returning now,
To where I belong,
In the Forest of the Moon,
Where nothing goes wrong…
Going to live among my trees,
And all the beautiful things,
Watch the moon rise,
And see the beauty that it brings…
Closing the door,
Not hearing anymore…
And that’s okay,
This was never right for me
Anyway…
Here it is so lovely,
In the forest of the trees,
Been too long,
Since I listened to them sing…
Missed their beauty,
The truth that lives in their heart,
Will never miss you,
We will never be apart…
You live here with me,
Hope you can see,
All I ever wanted,
Was to see you happy…
And now you can be,
And so will I,
Guess this is the best way,
I could think of,
To say,
Good-bye.

Sad as it may be, I think you have found the way of saying good-bye. Thank you for sharing, Retta. Love, peace, and blessings to you,

Beautiful Retta...
You have an amazing talent
You and I are alot alike,
my friend. I hide within
myself alot as you do. I hope
we both can reach up to the
stars and not be afraid. That
day will come.
