Ambiguous
When I'm out in the wind,
Someone hands me hot chocolate.
I know it will melt in my mouth,
Yet my heart hesitates.
Somewhere in my heart,
I feel I ought not
to be offered a drink.
Somewhere in my heart
I feel that I don't
Deserve good care.
Something in my heart
Tells me not to trust-
Not to trust any man.
And here it comes...
The fairy tale,
That when men offer a drink,
Think twice cause
They may want more than a drink.
And when they offer a ride,
Never say yes,
Cause you never know
Where you're going to end up.
While I'm out in the wind,
Someone is waiting for my hand
To pick up the cup in his hand.
And I
I say no to him.
Cause I don't feel safe,
Yet all I really want is his cup.
Side note: I want to be loved. Yet I don't feel anyone can love me. And I don't believe in men. What an ambiguous attitude towards love.
