a vampire's thirst

Rise beyond the dusk of Desolation
The sojourn of the walk upon the
landscape beyond quietus
Its crystal thirst burns
of dusty centuries thus
he shambles past the creak of
rusty graveyard gates
To partake of the host
the swell of her virgin blood
truncated by his glistening
fangs
The vast hunger sated
