This isn't a glory press,
right?
Or, is it?
I am confused these days
as few welcome honesty
if dislike is on its sleeve.
Who would conceive
these people are trying to help me?!
Some just don't get it
and take it personally.
Please people--
for goodness sakes,
it's ok if someone dislikes your work--
The sky will not fall
nor your writing suffer--
If anything, it will help you get better.
So, take rejection
and just learn with it.
For this isn't a glory press--
This is a critiquing den.
