Iím a manic depressive
I am passive and aggressive
Thereís anomolies on my brain
I am criminally insane
Iím a world-class pyschotic
I need a woman whoís neurotic
Iím a twenty-four hour machine
since I quit my thorazine
Things are going very well
since I escaped my padded cell
Just say the word and Iíll be cured
Your loveís made me all crazy

Welcome, oh welcome to Fantasy Island
Just step off onto the wharf
donít trip over the dwarf
Just leave your baggage all behind
weíre gonna empty out your mind
You people all are really fried
thereís just tombstones behind your eyes
Tattoo, oh Tattoo
you little bastard where are you
Letís set these people free
with a chemical lobotomy
I can see it in their eyes
theyíre all just crazy

For what is reality?
it can be whatever we want it to be
And if you donít like what you see
just readjust your reality
Itís those scars and lesions on my brain
that are makiní me insane
For every memory I have of you
is raw, infected scar tissue
I need a woman with a certain smile
and a look in her eyes thatís wild
Constraints of realty just donít pack it
Iím bustiní out of my strait jacket
Your loveís made me all crazy

I keep a padded room on reservation,
And simply as well love,
The Thorazine shuffle,
Burned from the inside, out,
At least if I get it, I will never feel the effects of gout...Ed

(I see they had snow on the 7000 foot level of Northwestern MT...better you than me, bro')

Excellent poem.

Your friend always,

Interesting how shades young love drive
24 hour machines onto Thorazine--while aged
love is the hope for returning to a chemically balanced brain. The never ending paradox. Vicky

Excellent, Duke! I dove right in and wallowed in the sea of Crazy + Love! I think this would make a great song, it makes me think of some of Pink Floyd's pieces on Momentary Lapse of Reason. :)
