Friendly Connections

*Aug. 31, 2003.

Friends--those entities
                that linger in the past
                                                        and hover in the present
either way,                         they're out of reach,
                     of every day connection.
The only interaction
                                     is via e-mail--
                     How impersonal?!
The friendly connections
                                               of interpersonal communication
hinge on chips and bytes
                                               and not on sight.

At least,           in my life.

Whoa.... that certainly was unique... but in a good way :) Like the individuality of it.
