Questions we all ask ourselves about life.

The sun cast long shadows
on the corn
in an amber and red backdrop
languishing between the mountains
The stillness in the air
held it's breath
one last time,
surrendering to the cool of the evening.
Serenity set the tempo
while I kept the rhythm
in an old wooden rocker
with a wicker seat
Who could I be
if I wasn't here right now?

Tim, We ask so many questions in our lifetimes that it's hard to keep up with the answers. This one is asked more often than any other, and we've never recieved it's answer. Great write. Lisa

Oh such imagery, was I in that rocker beside you? Sure feels like I must have been.
