|Surely the greatest fear of any man who loves his wife as half of himself. The feelings are deep in this work. The symbolic contrast of black/white culture and poverty with the American dream, by the simple use of cheap fried chicken and the all American apple pie, is stunning.|

|Linda...My friend....Somewhere in the world
A man stands by a grave
His wife buried this very day
Her life could not be saved
Flowers blowing in the wind
As tears flow down his face
He wished God had taken him
He'd gladly taken her place
How can he live without her
Survive the lonely years
Without her hand in his
He wipes away the tears
as always....loved your deep poetry...you are very very caring person...world needs more people like you my friend.....BHUWAN
