Dreaming Upon Dawn
Within the waking shadows of a lingering dream,
Provocative images are drawn out, ever lasting is
Thy touch upon mine skin. A stolen kiss in the
Night, heated passions that are endless within one’s
Mind. Thy lips hath set fire to my soul, as they brush
Against tender spots. Beneath thy fingers I become
Engulfed with ecstasy’s rage, reaching new heights
And crashing in waves. Quivering flesh excites, as
Thy face lingers just above mine. In thy eyes, I see
That fire burn and within thy gaze, I am consumed.
Yet, as the morning light doth dawn, seeping through
The blinds, I find that thou art merely but a dream
Lingering on the dawn. The body still quivers as
Invisible lips cover mine flesh with treacherous kisses.
