My soul just floats through the air
Over clouds my mind flies like an angel
My spirit is imprisoned in your twilight zone
And my body tries to leave my soul
Or is it me, I just donít know
I donít care for the world anymore.
Ever and forever you always dance
To the tunes played by mine heart
In the stage of my forlorn soul
Tears you shed, but why I am crying
And words escape me, while I am speaking
Youíre lost and tired and donít know, where to go
I just want to be a footstep behind you
A voice inside me compels me to follow you, and
I donít know, where you are heading, but
Itís not so easy to stop you from screaming

Excellent poem,I wondered also if that last word 'screaming' may change to 'dreaming' it fiction? if not...I am sure you could stop her from screaming if you caught up to her and gave her a big hug...just a thought,I loved the poem, you always do such interesting writes.
Best wishes

I love how you portay the imprisonment here, the message being that screaming is something only ourselves can control. But you are there in that persons realm, like a waiting angel.... excellent write...

Bhuwan, I echo my Helen's sentiments. "A wondeful poem." I pray tht the Lady is fully aware of your deep love for her. She is so fortunate to have you as her love. No one else could say to her exactly the words you speak in tones of the rainbow. Well done my friend. Bill
