Once you get married, have children and handle the day to day responsibilities that life entails it is easy to drift apart in a relationship. It is very easy to take your loved one for granted or forget why you fell in love in the first place...

                         Searching for potions
                          elixir of love
                          intoxicating scents
                          becoming as one
                          candles illuminate
                          setting the mood
                          luxurious bubble bath
                          rose petals, too
                          music serenade
                          babysitter is all set
                          now husband and wife
                          can bond once again

You made me jump for joy! For most it easy to forget that after the romance, there's got to be love. I there is love, romance takes care of itself. Good read!

For many couples the romance of their relationship fades after the honeymoon. My husband & I don't have children nor do we want any. But still I think we like many couple forget about the romance we share in our relationships. Things like these are great ways to bring back the amour in a relationship. Nicely done.

Every wife should keep this in mind, no matter how many years she's been married to her other half. Sometimes, in motherhood, we tend to forget who God said is our first priorty-- after Him, of course. So well written, Zenith. ~~Bonnie Q
