there is this i know
and there is that i know…

is it upon revulsion
i bear contempt with
sneer and blame
while it
shall be issued upon
thy breath...shall it?

and they that walk
blind with confusion
(the language here unclear)
this confusion breaking
thy consciousness

FINALLY

and gazing blandly
at the words
i feed myself once again

~THIS I KNOW~

honesty visits autonomy
blink and place
stolen words
page by page

irrational in my desperation
and departure nature
without eloquent speech
(lost this in confusion)

when for without i
yearn subconscious to take control
voice do utter unto me
alight the dark candle
the weather just shifted

to sit and gaze
upon myself
to stop hating
and live through it
a survivor in this confusion

~THAT I KNOW~
