An Ordinary Man
Or
A Man Of Chivalry
(Choose)
By Handsum-Hart

An ordinary man
Would buy eyeshadow
For his woman
To highlight her eyes
But
A man of chivalry
Would capture
The beautiful light blueness
Of the sky
Upon his lips and seal it
In her eyes with a kingly kiss
Highlighting them
With the beauty of heaven

An ordinary man
Would look for a breeze
On a hot summer day
To cool off his woman
But
A man of chivalry
Would cup the wind
Within the palms of his hands
And command it, to forever blow
As a nifty breeze of coolness
Betwixt her pretty painted toes

An ordinary man
Would write
A love story on paper
For his woman to read
But
A man of chivalry
Would write a love story
Upon his breath
And blow it into her heart
While their lips are locked
In an airtight kiss

An ordinary man
Or a man of chivalry
Woman the choice is yours
Which shall it be

It would seem to be that the art of chivalry is gone ... except in writing. Grand write, so very grand!

a meaningful man must encompass both ...

excellent comcept!

I agree with Eileen. I want both. I would not want to choose. I think a man has to be some of both: ordinary and chivalrous. I enjoyed this a lot. One of your best.

I want both;-)Handsum, this is so beautifully written! It would be hard to choose, but the ordinary man is more realistic and more likely to last...sooooo...it depends on what your looking for;-)Excellent concept and great entertainment!ty!
