This is the very first song I ever wrote, with only playing guitar (self taught)for 3 weeks. (1979) I also went into my first band just after this. I was living in Chelsea at the time, with a drummer, who later married my sister. (yes, it's caused many problems between my sister and I, SHE no longer spoke to me!) But luckily, I only thought of him as a friend. It just hurt a little. Strange how these song/lyrics, still applies to me!

It just Aint Right

If I could have, a lover's arms;
Holding me so tight.
Instead of all these strangers;
Well, you know it aint right.

They say it's great, the way I look;
Well now it aint enough.
'Cos I can't find my kind of man, well,
You know it aint right.

I need to have some good times;
If only I could see.
Adoration in a lover's eyes:
Yearning just for me;
Oh yes, yearning just for me.

I need somebody by my side;
I want a love that I can't hide.
I want a man who is mine, all mine;
I need sombody keep me satisfied.

I yearn for lips to say sweet things;
And arms to hold me tight.
I need that feeling deep inside;
Well you know it  aint right.
You know it just aint right.

Donni:

This one is similar to the song I had written sometime ago. Please visit my song lyrics page:

http://sandie_1308.tripod.com/songlyrics.html

and read about "Aint Got Nobody To Love". I wrote the songs in there, but I have no music yet. When I get my Yamaha keyboard at Christmas, then I will create some midis to the songs in there.

Please feel free to browse around my song lyrics page and let me know what you think about my songs. I appreciate your honest opinion.

Thank you in advance.

May Lu a.k.a. Sandie Angel :o)

P.S. The front page of the site I sang the song, my friend KJ had done the background midi for me.
