This poem reflects life's seemingly insurmountable struggles, then reveals how I felt the moment I saw things and people and this world differently: a result of delving deeply into God's awesome Word and gradually being filled with His Truths and awesome Wisdom. May everyone reach the peak!

There was a mountain so high
I thought never to reach its peak;
but I refused to give up and die,
so determined I, though often weak.
Still, I struggled, wept and clawed,
Sometimes falling, then I crawled.

Ah, but one glorious, bright day,
I found myself atop that mountain:
my heart full of joy, joyous and gay,
wellspring of youth, a bubbling fountain.
Ever so tenderly, my arms unfurled
to lovingly embrace a beautiful world.

Hi BQ,
Being an exparatrooper heights don't bother me to much.
But I tell you what some times it is a long way to fall.
Youth takes health for granted, age cherishs it.
think old father Time is trying to tell me sometime,Ah let him wait.
Good one.
