For some odd reason, I am prolific today, maybe it is the season...?

My “LIL Writers Elf” is Working Overtime     Today,

I awoke this morning,

And sat at the computer,

After putting Rufuz out on the leash,

I really felt as if I had nothing to say,

But after sitting here for a few minutes, I find,

I have posted, with this, four more poems, in kind.

Has really driven me to write today, for some odd reason,

Maybe since I am trying not to feel badly this special season,

He is making me write to add spice to my writes hereupon.

So brace yourself, readers most dear,

This day you may find yourselves festooned,

From this relatively unknown fictioneer,

With large amounts of the written word,

Not necessarily very clear,

But passed on to you with as much cheer,

As I can possibly give, here…

I knew it!! You're writing to cheer yourself up. Sometimes I do that too. And quite often it works. So just keep right on writing.
