Feeling Kind of bad, so I read what I write, then get on with the fight. Somethings going to give!

Feeling bad,
product of a messed up mind,
I cash mine in to keep up my grind.
Physically in the dumps could be a poor diet,
maybe add some energized food >defy it.
Mentally suffering with depression and the blues,
may be the need to take some positivity cues.

There's no guarantee on parchment
written by our God for enjoyment.
A brain was given to be used,
not setting in a body being abused.
Forget sitting around in pity,
it's feels better to get out and paint the city.

Powering up an attitude for action,
provides more positive satisfaction.
An automobile with bad fuel,
will imitate a stubborn mule.
The human body not properly cared for,
sooner or later will hit the floor.

Powering up,
is better than picking up.
More fun than being down,
who wants to be on the ground,
with no energy to move around?
Life can be a little more enticing,
if we spread on more sweet icing.
(or if not hit by Mike Tyson)
just kidding, just kidding!
Some of us don't need a Tyson punch,
because we're constantly out to lunch.

Cheer up!

Outstanding, my friend.
I know how depression feels and it's no fun.
I pray and angel lifts you up and carries you
high and you leave your sadness to disappear in
the wind.

Love you friend,
