Return Me To Light

Something has been added unto me -
Such tenderness echoes, as a soft summer breeze,
through the deepest places inside of my heart.
And to the world, I impart my Love
unconditionally; each and every one of us
has the freedom to reach out and to claim Love
as it is written - their portion unto this life.
Nonetheless, the heartache hardens into
your angry cessation of emotion...
Your waterfall has been damned and you
wonder why darkness ever follows.
Needing the calm of tenderness to touch and
release you from your self-made prison;
Your chains are those your mortal shadow places
upon the light of your spirit...
You require Mercy to help you to heal;
You require Mercy to touch your spirit
view, to help you find your way back to the heart
that hurt left in its wake; broken and alone upon your cell floor.
Tears of Mercy...
flood through you and
make you a part of all that is Truth...as I cry for me,
I cry also for you.
One more dark night to go through;
One more split to hold together your heart’s room;
acquired through the callous and reckless
thoughts and actions of the darkness within others
around you; children who have chosen
pain and heartache as a way of life...
Aloness - reaching out in blindness and in fury -
they live these moments; mercy is unknown,
a foreigner in this dark land.
And for every heart that chooses to put out
the light of the heart -
Mercy...has lost its way...the road’s become too dark.
