Become a Fan

cooking ideas into poetry :-)

words
bubble
up
to the surface of the mind

pieces
of
poems
turn over and over

in
the
boiling
hot liquid of thought

simmering
marinating
absorbing
flavor until the taste

is
just
right
the poet serves the meal

lovingly
tenderly
generously
tantalizing the reader

with
delicious
aromas
and prays the reader will sup

and
come
away
entirely refreshed and satisfied

who wants a bowl? :)

Not sure if you are cooking for poets or cooking poets themselves, I can well imagine with that cajun taste of yours how spicy this soup would be...LOL, Peace, Ed & rufuz
