Corpus Coloso! You delectable
O-shaped reading, punctuated with rís
Resigned receding, luscious with lís
Royal languishment of haughty despair...

My love. I have searched many minutes for
Your erstwhile meaning. I gleaned it encased
Emotions settled seating; to explore
Your face upon my computer I placed

My faith in technology. Wherewithal?!
Surely chaste truth of meaning cannot be
Within this unloving box, wordís death knoll
Ellipses scores of webbed search engine pleasÖ

Corpus, mine; coloso hides its feeling,
Where may I find its pure voice appealing?

:) My notation for the meaning of this phrase is 'emotional part of the brain', I thought it would make a great title. In lieu of writing about this fascinating concept because I cannot find its meaning, I elected to humorize my disgust with search pages.

If anyone can direct me to a definition/meaning, I would be grateful! It's possible it is misspelled. Still, I had no luck with several variations.†

hi Erin! the only part of the brain that I know of that comes close to that spelling, is the corpus callosum, but which is not the "emotional part of the brain". Great poem, the search machines don't always come thru with the sought for needs!

My, oh my!
What will poets be inspired by next?
Of all things...search engines.
I enjoyed this.

Harrumph! If Search Pages are going to be unforthcoming to help my darlin' Erin.. then I have only THIS to say to the world of words: OXFORD AIN'T NOTHIN' BUT A SHOE! The struggle continues.. sigh.. fear not, though.. your cleverness with words continues, untarnished. love, katy xox.
