Sending rockets to the moon, couldn't hardly feed himself with a spoon. Had no wisdom or common sense, couldn't even put up a self defense. His personal life was in a shamble, all he did was gamble.
Had no control of his temperament, full of hate and resentment. In the lab, he needed no rehab. Out of the lab, he almost ended up on a slab.
How could one so smart, be so low in soul and heart? How could he shoot rockets, then keep no money in his pockets? Sometimes life is a mystery, when it comes to personal history.
Think this is bad, we had a person running for the mayor of a city who couldn't even keep his personal finances together. During the election he was behind in his mortgage and his car was repossessed. And he expected the voters to trust him with the city finances.

Excellent write, my friend.
How could one so smart,
be so low in soul and heart?
How could he shoot rockets,
then keep no money in his pockets?
Sometimes life is a mystery,
when it comes to personal history
I agree!!
Love 'n Peace,
*Linda*

This poem tells a lot on "theRocket Scientist" and about many balcksmith, goldsmith and shoemakers, and wordsmith too.
I enjoyed this reading.
Health and creativity.
