Keep smiling as you read this as I did while I wrote it, otherwise you will know as I do, it really, really sucks...

Feeling More Relaxed Tonight; Thank You…

As you can read, that is if you can read, because you can’t see,

As I am too far away from where you are reading, if you are reading, to see,

That I am much more relaxed this night, ain’t that just right?

After my drive to the beach & walk with Rufuz there, then my flight,

Back home to play here on this, my second personal toy,

My first being, well, er, uh, you know, the toy all men have, even if they are poor.

Anyway, I seem to digress,

Is that something like wearing a dress?

To digress, without so much as a little stress,

Let me make my point clear, that is let me upon you press,

That I have no point here, that should be abundantly clear,

Even to those of you too blind,

To read this kind,

Of relaxed feelings that I am trying to make you realize,

I have this night to be sure and to be noticeably & totally, again, clear.

Anyway, our walk on the beach this day, ole’ Rufuz and I,

Was quite uneventful, other than the fact of the ice on the rock jetty,

Not often does one see ice where salt water lays,

Has to be pretty damn cold to freeze water made of salt,

Kinda like trying to freeze that of a thick malt.

But I wanted to bring my digital camera, forgotten,

To take pics of this frozen salt,

But my mind was on other things on the way down,

Once I got there I did not feel like making the trip round,

So soon after my arrival, so next time I go,

My camera I will bring to have nice pics to help poems flow.

Wish you all could have been there, on that chilly beach,

But kinda glad no one was out as well,

Think that all were inside watching the Eagles beat the Packers,

So close was that game that I thought the eagles were going to go packing…

But thank you all for telling me what was right,

What should be done to help myself feel as I do tonight,

It was quite nice & kind of each of you, to suggest the beach,

You all should be deeper into psychology or just to teach…

LOL at ed kostro's review

i won't charge a fee--just think of me when you're on that beach, and give rufuz *wOOf* a pat from his auntie karla

love this heartwarming write--whenever you feel damp and drizzly in your soul, go to the beach--you'll be fine :)

(((HUGS))) and love,

karla. :)

That will be $100 please - professionall consulting fee.
And you probably thought - that good advice was free.
But you can keep the fee this time,
Wonderful to hear that you're sublime!
