I'm in a bad writing slump. Reading too. Art by me. All will get better.

Where is my fizz?
I use to be a whiz
Does anyone know what it is?

Use to be hot
Kept my pen on a steady trot
Now all I can do
is blow snot?

There was a time
I could really rhyme
and I felt, oh so fine

Love the free verse
Must be under a curse
What could be worse?

I asked my muse
Is it necessary to confuse?
I'm feeling those blues

I must be frank
my paper stays blank
Oh hell, lately I just stank.

I'm glad it didn't last long! Must've taken an Alka Seltzer and got yer fizz back!

LOL Ron. My ink well seems to be dry lately too. All i can do is boohoo. This deep freeze we are in is a horror show. I can't get out of the house to brave this cold. I miss writing, and being enthused about anything. I am in a deep blue. But I'm okay and cancer free.

I think you expressed yourself quite well in this write. I think it's partly the season. But the days are getting longer so your muse will be dancing in no time.
