Horror is not my best stuff, as I have no inkling as to where this one came from...?

*666*

The sign of the devil,

Satan, Beelzebub, His Royal Highness of Hell, Thief of souls,

He keeps those he steals in a book of rolls,

Charging the worst, tolls,

His minions are guarded by that of trolls,

Don’t try to escape as he will know and send you to,

The outermost reaches of his realm of fire and coals…

The number that stands for him, as above,

Has nothing whatsoever to do with love,

If you are branded with that sign,

You have nothing more to live for so you should shove,

Yourself from a cliff of great height,

And fall to your death, to join the satanic hoard,

As a member you are, far before death, & aboveboard…

Some say they can see, with, I suppose satanic sight,

That number, 666, burned into the foreheads of those about to die,

Now why would I be the one here to lie?

As if I did so, would I not have the number on my head? Oh my!

If you fear the evil of the devil transposed,

Hear me now, you are only supposed,

To drink the blood of the satanic high priest,

When you are rightly told,

So for now you can, no matter what, cease…

Enjoy for now, your existence on this earth,

For with that number on your forehead,

You are bound, eventually, to serve the satanic master…   (ed)

(((ed)))

the number 666 gives me the creeps, because i read that whosoever accepts the number is doomed forever...i pray i'm not here when they start imprinting people with that number, or, if i am, that i am strong enough to refuse it.

scary write--it gave me the chills

(((HUGS))) and love,

karla. :(

For a minute, I was worried, Ed. So I re-checked that number on my head; luckily, it's 999. Whew! Close call.

You didnt expect you'd write this without a response from me i hope huh ED!
For starters, The devil will tell you any lie, if you wanna believe it, you'll wear it, and 666 is his number yes, granted, but do you honestly think, that a fallen Angel, defeated by Michael ( Jesus) in heaven long before the conception of this earth, kicked out, who took a third of the billions of angels with him who thought they would rebel too, CAN defeat the Christ???
Come on, he was doomed at Calvary, up until then he had the chance to repent, but he tried to take the son of Gods life, Again, and Failed, so I'd say this, anyone who thinks that Satan has power over their lives, is listening to him, and not to God, and will go down into the pit yes. DONT LISTEN, stay true to the creator, not the creation, ( yes thats it, Satan was a creation too, back then he had the highest order in the parliment of God, but he wanted Jesus ( Michaels place) such arrogance, he wasnt satisfied with being the morning star, the head of the heavenly choir, he wasnt satisfied to worship God, he wanted to RULE, and for his crimes against Gods son, he was cast out.
He only has power over our lives if we let him, God, Jesus, and the Holy spirit are ultimate and supreme and cannot be beaten.

Its hard to wait till judement, but God gave us free will, Adam and Eve made a choice, now,the human race must wait for the bridegroom, when the father of the bridegroom says, go fetch your bride. ( Those who remain faithful to Christ) 666 is a number, have it stamped in your forehead if you will, but its spiritual, unseen, its in your heart, chosing time perhaps??
And this is not a funny subject, though many might see it that way, i am not afraid to stand up and be counted, among the many thousands of others who believe as I do. Think ED, it's your time to think, methinks very strongly.
There is the number of the beast 666, and then there is the seal of the living God, your choice. Who knows what tomorrow will bring.
None of us know what is around the corner, but we can have a say as to WHO we follow around it!
Best of luck
Ch'erie
