“LIVIN’ IN THE HIGH COUNTRY”
Never did, but want to, so I strive,
Log home with fireplace,
Accessible only by four-wheel drive.
Snow most of year,
Stocked up on pot and beer,
Food only for the munchies, way up here.
Dog can run free,
No worries about who he will see,
Just open the door and let him out,
Gee, for Rufuz that would be heaven without doubt.
Sitting in my Jacuzzi watching the blizzards rip,
At the very fabric of time, what a trip,
Snow blowing, white out conditions,
Scuse’ me while I take another hot toddy sip.
Lots of acreage so can stay away from man,
Let Nature sustain me,
Just leave me be,
As long as I have a satellite dish,
My own generator, & plenty of firewood,
I will be most happy and remain emotionally good…
